Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original unused condition (with intact packaging, tags, and no signs of wear).
Customized Christmas products (e.g., personalized ornaments, engraved gifts) are non-returnable unless they have quality defects.
Clearance or discounted Christmas items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
Contact our customer support team via email/phone to submit a return request, including your order number, item name, and reason for return.
After we approve your request, you will receive a return shipping label. Please pack the item securely and ship it back to the address we provide.
We will inspect the returned item upon receipt. If the return meets the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund MethodRefunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). The refund processing time depends on your payment provider (usually 3-10 business days).
Exceptions
We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
We will not refund shipping fees for non-defective items.
