Delivery Area
Currently, our Christmas products can be delivered to most regions. You can also contact the customer support team to confirm if delivery is possible.
Delivery time
Standard delivery: 7-10 working days for most areas (excluding weekends and holidays);
Urgent delivery: 3-5 working days (additional fee required);
Christmas peak period (November 15th December 20th): Due to a large volume of orders, delivery times may be extended by 3-5 working days. We suggest that you place your order as soon as possible to ensure that you receive the goods before Christmas.
After the logistics tracking order is shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number to your email. You can check the delivery status through our website's "Order Tracking" page or the logistics service provider's official website.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees in the destination country, which will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
